Hampstead and Westminster Hockey Club (HWHC) offers a range of outstanding half-term and holiday junior hockey camp options for both HWHC members and non-members.
All camps are held at Paddington Recreation Ground, Maida Vale, W9 1PD.
Our camps cater to four levels of experience:
1. Fun & Entry Level
2. Development Level
3. Aspirational & Performance Level
4. Pathway Level
Goalkeepers are welcome at all camps. Specialist Goalkeeping Camps also take place on select dates.
Year Groups 1 & 2 (U6 & U7) can attend for half days (10am - 12pm).
Year Groups 3 -11 (U8 - U16) can attend for full days (10am - 3pm) or half days (10am - 12pm or 1pm - 3pm).
Year Groups 12 & 13 (U17 & U18) are welcome to attend Specialist Goalkeeping and Pathway Level Camps.

Camp costs range between £30 - £35 for a half day camp (10am - 12pm or 1pm - 3pm), and £50 - £60 for a full day camp (10am - 3pm). Discounted rates apply if a player attends the full camp week.
Costs for Specialist Goalkeeping Camps are £40 for a half day camp (10am - 12pm), and £75 for a full day camp (10am - 3pm).
Our experienced coaches are a combination of current and former internationals from England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland, South Africa, New Zealand and Australia, as well as up and coming junior and senior talent from within the club.

Maida Vale tube station is a 5 minute walk from the pitch.
Parking
There is a car park at Paddington Recreation Ground. The entrance is on Carlton Vale. The car park charges on weekdays and weekends. You can park for free on residential roads surrounding the park from 6.30pm on weeknights and any time at the weekend.

Clothing
Players should wear appropriate sports kit -
Footwear: Astro shoes, trail shoes or trainers. Absolutely no football studs.
Shorts / skort / leggings / tracksuit trousers.
T-shirt / polo shirt / hoody, etc. We recommend layers to allow for all weather conditions.
Waterproof jacket.
Hockey or football long socks.
HWHC Club members should please bring their sports bib (please make sure it is named).
Please can players who are not club members bring an extra top in a bright colour that can be worn over their kit in place of a bib.
If rain is forecast please bring a change of clothes in a bin bag (named). This will keep spare clothes dry on the sideline.
Safety Equipment
All players must have a mouth guard and shin pads.
Shin pads can be hockey or football shin pads.
Hockey Sticks
We have plenty of spare hockey sticks for players to borrow.
Players attending full days should please bring a packed lunch and snacks.
**No nuts please**
Coaches will take players to the Bowls Pavilion to have their packed lunch.
All players in Year Group 7 (U12) and above will be allowed to get lunch at the Paddington Recreation Ground, or the Starbucks, Gail's or other cafes next to Maida Vale Tube, unless you inform us that they should go with coaches to the Bowls Pavilion.
Players attending half days just need a snack and a water bottle.
All players should bring at least one full water bottle. We recommend bringing two full water bottles to save time going to the water fountain to refill.
Food should not be shared between players.

HWHC Club Members

2. Select either 'Full Day', 'Morning' or 'Afternoon' for each date that you would like to attend.
3. Select the '+' sign alongside your child's name.
4. If you are booking all available days in the same week for the same child, click the 3 dots that will show alongside the cost. You can then select the concession day rate.
5. Payment will be taken from the card that you have registered with Teamo.
