FORMAL NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF HWHC LIMITED (HAMPSTEAD & WESTMINSTER HOCKEY CLUB) (THE CLUB)

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the members of the Club will be held at 7.30pm at The Carlton, 33 Carlton Vale, London NW6 5EU, on Thursday, 20 August 2026.

Business to be conducted at the meeting will include:

• To receive reports from the Club President/Chairman, Club Treasurer, Club Captains and the Head of Youth & Development.
• To receive and consider the Report of the Trustees and the Financial Statements for the year ended 30 April 2026 and, if thought fit, adopt them.
• To receive the Club's Annual Report for Season 2025/26.
• To ratify the appointment of Beth Havelock as a director and trustee of the Company following her appointment by the Board during the 2025/26 financial year.
• Any other business which may properly be transacted at the AGM.

All members of the club are entitled and encouraged to attend the meeting.

Members intending to attend are requested to notify the Club Secretary (clubsecretary@hwhc.co.uk) to assist with planning and catering arrangements.

Members who are unable to attend may be represented by proxy. Proxies should be received before noon on Tuesday, 17 August 2026, and can be sent by e-mail to the Club Secretary (clubsecretary@hwhc.co.uk). The form of proxy is set out below.

If no other proxy holder is appointed, the Chair of the meeting shall act as proxy. Members wishing to appoint another person as proxy should delete "Chair of the meeting" and insert the name of their chosen representative.
