GB Women secured their place at Paris 2024 with a 2-1 win in the Bronze medal match at the Olympic qualifiers in Valencia. HWHC players Sarah Robertson, Lily Owsley and Miriam Pritchard (GK) were all part of the squad for the qualification tournament.
GB Women will play in Pool B at the Olympics and face Australia, Argentina, Spain, United States and South Africa.
GB Men met New Zealand in their semi final, winning 3-1 to go through to the final of their qualifiers in Oman, and secure a place in Paris 2024. HWHC player Rupert Shipperley was part of a strong line up at the qualification tournament.
GB Men will play in Pool A at the Olympics against Netherlands, Germany, Spain, France and South Africa.
Congratulations to HWHC players Tim Cross (Ireland) and Matt Guise Brown (South Africa) who also competed in qualifiers for their nations.
